A selection of project experience gained by our Director while working within established MEP contracting teams, demonstrating hands-on mechanical project management, coordination, logistics, installation and commissioning delivery.
7 Burlington Gardens
A prestigious central London development requiring detailed coordination of modern building services within a high-quality, constrained environment. Mechanical delivery included management of specialist subcontractors, programme interfaces, quality inspections and support through testing and commissioning.
Key delivery: Mitsubishi VRF systems, Fläkt air-handling equipment, general and fire-rated ductwork, domestic water services, cast-iron soil/waste/rainwater systems, BMS controls, leak detection and final testing/commissioning. Central London logistics also included coordinated crane operations for plant and equipment installation.

Mechanical services project experience within a major City of London commercial building, involving installation and coordination of HVAC, pipework and plant systems across occupied-style commercial floorplates and dedicated plant areas.
Technical scope: coordinated high-level ventilation and services, insulated heating/cooling pipework, Grundfos pump sets, pressurisation equipment, expansion vessels, gauges, valves, controls and associated mechanical plant connections. The works required careful spatial coordination, installation quality control and integration with the wider building-services package.
